Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unwashed and unworn scrubs in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still securely attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
